Titaniun Group SPA provide formal feedback to prime consultants that work with the company; improve consistency of evaluations by Project Managers and other staff; and enhance the quality of the project development process.
The consultant performance evaluation will provide a uniform rating system that will measure a prime consultant’s conformance with the design process, procedures and standards.
